Gender discrimination in Corporate Sector



Corporate sector is famous for favoritism but at the same time this sector is also responsible for Bread and butter of millions of people. Parallelly this sector is responsible for destroying thousands of creative minds and career of uncountable hardworking employees.

Females are always a point of attraction in human race, this problem is highly visible in the corporate sectors. A female employee gets too much preference from her manager in exchange of sexual pleasures. In the same office, a hardworking male employee can just see and cry internally for his bad luck. The male employee can't even quit his job because of less opportunities in the world. This kind of corporate games are mostly visible in the small cities of developing countries.

Developed countries already have too many opportunities and people can easily change their job as per their comfort. But the developing countries always stays at the edge of growth and number of jobs is always lesser than the population.
