Youth, a part of the population who are responsible for the past, present and future of World. Every country is trying to empower their youths. In some areas, Women are not allowed to fly freely in the air of success. There are some countries who successfully empowered their women population. Nowadays, those countries are considered as the most developed countries in the world.

This article not only promotes women's empowerment but also youth empowerment. "Empowerment" is a common word but "Youth Empowerment" is an uncommon word. The government generally talks about Women Empowerment but the government can't succeed alone. They can contribute a maximum of 5% and 95% responsibility is under people. Women's are totally capable of changing the world but there is a difference in thinking. 

"Your life doesn't get better by Chance, it gets better by Change"

In the beginning, Our thoughts should be changed. Especially in Asian countries, people don't even think about empowering women. This is the reason why most of the Women Entrepreneurs are quitting. There are some success stories but in most cases, Women are quitting. We must think about this, Females don't want to succeed only in Modelling and Movies, they are looking for success in the Business area. 

Words are short but they are from Heart.
