How corruption is legal in India ? - Finance Bill 2018

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Government always talks to end the corruption. But Narendra Modi himself made corruption legal. Now if Politicians and Business Men will caught in doing corruption , they will not have any problem.

Let’s talk about the rule which made this possible :

Modi Governement launched Finance Bill 2018 which made this rule possible. According to this Finance Bill “ Any Business organisation can secretly give money or donate Funds to he Politicians of India”. Not only Indian Businesses but Foreign Business are also allowed to Donate Money to the Political parties of India.

Due to this rule if a Business wants to do any activity against the rule then he can give money to the Politician and enjoy his crimes. So crimes are became legal due to this Finance Bill. BJP Government has passed this Bill without any debate in Loksabha. Many Intelligent peoples told this against the rule of Democracy.

But there are lots of Politicians were receiving funds from different Businesses since last 30 years. Due to this there are lots of cases are running on BJP Politicians in court. To save their politicians Modi government changed the base of Democratic India.

As we know, whatever rules are applied, it is always for the future. But Modi Government had changed this rule also.

According to Finance Bill 2018 ,” All the funds or money which are received by Politicians from any Business or Company  since 1976 are now legal”. This rule of Modi Government saved all the fraud Politicians of BJP. Those BJP Politicians who had taken money and cheated common peoples are now safe due to Modi Government.

Narendra Modi launched this program only for his corrupted Politicians. Congress and other Political parties did not get a chance to object this. This rule was applied by Modi Government without any debate.

Somehow it is looking that Congress Government was much better than this Government. Senior Judges of Supreme Court also object Modi Government policy. Senior Judges of Supreme Court are the most Patriotic and intelligent persons of Country. But Modi Government do not have respect for them.
