1.   Avoid products of White Flour

There are lots of food products are available in the market which are made of White Flour. Please pay attention that I am not talking about Flour , I am talking about White Flour. Flour is directly made of wheat but White Flour (Maida) is made by refining Flour. It has less nutrients and some bad chemicals also. These bad chemicals are results in disease like Acne. 2.                       Diet

In 2012 scientists had given a report about Acne. In that report they mentioned some nutrients which results in end of Acne.
Foods with Vitamin A , Vitamin E and Zinc are best to stay away from Acne.

·         Chickpeas.


3.                        Tea-tree oil-

Results of a study of 60 patients published in the Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology suggested that 5-percent tea-tree oil may help treat mild to moderate acne.

Having experiment on 60 patients in 2011 , Doctors came to a decision that Green Tea reduces 95% of Pimples and other Acne disease.


5.                        Moisturisers –

In today’s era almost every person is using Moisturisers to increase his/her beauty. But a report of WHO in 2013 says that 60% of Acne disease are caused due Beauty products like Acne.


6.                       Dirt –

Travelling in the roads became a regular and important job for the peoples of earth. Traveling in the road by hiding the face or traveling in a vehicle is the only way to avoid dust. It will reduce your 50% of Pimples and Blackheads.
