Egg is one of the Healthiest food for today's era.
Still it may result as harmful food in some cases.
Let's study that who should not take eggs in a regular basis :-
1. Heart Patients :- If you are a heart patient then egg may be harmful for you. Egg contains dietary Cholesterol which increases HDL Cholesterol. This is totally harmful for Heart Patients. A Heart Patient with Cholesterol problem should not take more than 3 eggs in a week. Some studies also say that daily consumption of one egg does not effect Cholesterol level in a Healthy Person.
2. Diabetes Patient :- Diabetes has affected 415 million peoples in this world. In a study of 2013 it is verified that consumption of 4 eggs in a week increases 29% chance of Diabetes. A patient with Diabetes should avoid this. Maximum of 2 eggs in a week is enough for a Diabetes patient.
